Tips To Bring More Dental Patients To Your Business

Are you a dentist and looking to enhance your customer base? You’ve reached the right place. In this article, you will know about some marketing tactics that will help you reach your goals.

Here are tips you can apply to make your dental network strong. Use these tips and get more patients to your practice:

1. High converting website: Even if you are getting 3,000 clicks per month on your website, but your conversion rate is less than 1%, you are doing something wrong. Make sure, your website conversion rate should be at least 3%.

2. Regular SEO: Regular Search Engine Optimization is a must. Use different strategies for SEO including regular, local, and international.

3. Pay per click advertising: Use the biggest PPC platform that is Google AdWords. AdWords ads display first in the searches with a pinkish background. When a person clicks on those ads, they land on the respective website and they get to know you. It enhances the chances of sales and secures more visibility/branding.

4. Social media marketing (SMM): If executed properly, social media marketing can be very powerful. You need to do more than just automating posts on Facebook every time. Do something exciting and unique. Be active and responsive on your social media accounts. If you do it properly, it can be quite helpful in attracting and retaining clientele.

If you really want to take your dental practice to next level, you must use and experiment with these tactics. Take your time, understand them, use them properly, and make your dental network grow strong for free!

How to Get More Referrals for Your Business

For many, asking for referrals is uncomfortable. And there is tons of advice out there that won’t stop stressing out, ‘you need to ask for referrals’, ‘ask for referrals constantly’, ‘don’t be afraid to ask… for referrals’. To some extent, it’s true. You can never know how many referrals your business can get unless you ask for them. What’s also true is that referrals can help you grow your business and generate new income each and every time. It’s just, some of us don’t like asking for referrals. Not that it’s a bad thing, but it does give you some awkward feeling and it may look like you are putting some pressure on your relationship with the client. Luckily, there is another way, a more subtle one, which will help you get referrals, without asking.

Keep Things Professional

It might sound obvious, but as long as you deliver quality work, offer quality products and services to your clients, they will be more than happy to refer your business without you even asking for it. No one refers to people that are unprofessional and offer low-quality products and services. It’s all about finding the way to add more value to what your clients are already expecting from you. Sometimes, you can ask a few question about what they think of your services and an honest review of the things that could be improved will get you to the next stage.

Remind your Clients about your Business without Them Even Knowing

While some of your clients will connect on social media automatically, others need an invitation. When you post something on your social media page, use it as a strategy to remind your clients about what you do and how you do it. And don’t only post just for the sake of it, but post something memorable. Social media are the best way to share content that provides value, shows how interested you are in what you do, shows that you keep up with the trends in your industry and most importantly, reminds clients of what you can do for them. Just don’t go too overboard with the posting, we are not trying to annoy everyone.
A great way to do that is to connect on professional networks like LinkedIn. It's really important to know on which platform you are publishing your best content and choose the site where you don't have to worry about whether you post things from your private life and how potential clients can react to that.

Send Emails

After you build an email list, send your clients some interesting emails. The content you put in your emails should be targeting their needs and bring some useful information that will benefit them.

Always Follow Up

If someone sends a referral to your office or practice, call the person to thank for the referral afterward. Or just send them a thank you note and write a short story of how everything went.

Be Generous

Your clients will appreciate you even more if you go the extra mile and provide something in return that will show them you care about making their project successful or that your services are reliable. This will instantly make them want to give something in return as well.

Raiyan Thinks Advertising Your Business Is the Key, Is He Right?

Raiyan Mustafa had an Idea! An Idea of doing a blog on contemporary issues. He wanted it to be his personal blog that will analyze and critique the current happenings of the time.

The idea appealed to him very much. So, he just directly jumped into it.

Although he has considerable knowledge of the digital world and the basics of all the online operations, he never operated his very own blog before. He knew all the things about website setup, hosting, development and social media marketing. He knew that you have to advertise your business, do SEO, do free SEO audit and so on.

So, he thought that he will do all those by himself. “It will not be of any difficulty if you can advertise your business properly,” he thought and directly started to concentrate what is the most important aspect of a blog- the content itself.

He started to brainstorm and came up with a solid list of topics containing 100 ideas to initially write about. Then, he thought he will need a team of writers to cover so many topics in a short time.

He hired five great freelance writers and gave them an orientation on what he wants. Now he just kept providing them with topics and an outline for each and every article for them to complete. He also wrote some of the most important and intriguing ones all by himself.

Then finally came the moment of the website launch. He did all the setups himself along with the help of a web developer friend and launched the blog with the initial 100 blogs.

It took a long 5 months to do all these! Now all set! He did some online advertising on the social platforms for the blog too! And gradually the traffic was rising. But it was not quite the amount Raiyan was originally expecting. “What could possibly go wrong”, he thought.

Then he realized that although he theoretically knew everything, due to lack of practical experience of running online operations he might have missed out something.

Then he did a free SEO audit and found out that although he did put some keywords into the backend of each and every post, his posts themselves were not properly optimized for search engines. Then he realized that duh! He didn’t do proper keyword research before starting to write the articles and he should have written the articles incorporating the keywords within the text.

Finally, he realized that it is not enough to know things theoretically and advertising your business is not the key. You may know web development, you may know how to advertise your business, you may also know what free SEO audit is, but you must have an expert with you whenever you are to do anything online. Otherwise, you are likely to miss out on some essential yet smaller details that are also key to success in any online enterprise.
